Why we built SQS Hub

I ran AI agents for clients. The infrastructure ate my calendar. So we automated the loop — and this is the belief that came out of it.

The pain that started it

We ran AI infrastructure the way everyone does: servers, SSH sessions, model routing, API keys, 2am updates, monitoring alerts, failed backups, billing spreadsheets. Every new client meant another stack to babysit. I wasn't running an AI business. I was running a server farm that happened to have clients.

The work wasn't what got to me. It was that none of it was the work clients hired us for. Any competent engineer could have done the same thing. Meanwhile the real business — the calls, the services, the outcomes people actually paid for — kept losing to one more "quick infra fix." I'd end a good week having shipped nothing a client could see.

I kept thinking: there has to be a version of this where the infrastructure runs itself.

The epiphany

It wasn't going to be me babysitting every server. And it wasn't going to be handing an AI the whole show either.

So we split it. We run the machines. On your claw, agents run the ops — updates, monitoring, support triage. The routine runs itself. The decisions stay with you.

Then we did the only thing that would prove it: we moved our own agency onto it. Every instance we operate for ourselves is provisioned, updated, monitored, and backed up by the same loop we sell you. If it breaks for you, it broke for us first.

So what is SQS Hub, concretely?

It's the whole back end of an AI agency, running for you.

  • A dedicated claw for every client. Each customer gets their own isolated instance — their agents, their data, their keys. No shared tenancy, no cross-contamination. Spun up on demand, not on a ticket queue.
  • An agent stack that's already assembled. OpenClaw and Hermes come installed and wired together on every claw, with OpenRouter handling model routing — so you pick the right model for the job instead of getting locked to one vendor's pricing. (Starter includes one agent — OpenClaw or Hermes, your choice; Pro and above include both.)
  • An app marketplace your clients buy from. Instead of quoting custom work every time, you list ready-to-run services and they add what they need. Your catalog, your prices, your brand on it.
  • Ops that run themselves. Updates, patching, monitoring, backups, health checks. Agents do the routine pass; we're on the hook when something needs a human. This is the part that used to be your 2am.
  • Billing and provisioning, handled. Signup, plan changes, metering, invoices, and the server work behind them — one loop instead of a spreadsheet and a to-do list. You set margins; the plumbing collects.
  • White-label on request. Your name, your domain, your pricing. Available on request while the rollout completes — the platform is built for it, and we'll tell you exactly what's live on your plan before you sign. SQS Hub doesn't show up in your client relationship unless you want it to.

What you don't get: a server to log into at midnight, a Terraform repo to maintain, or a stack that quietly becomes your full-time job.
